One Account Only: Each player may hold only one active kd44 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Accurate Registration: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. kd44 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process and is entitled to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access kd44's full range of products and services, you must register a player account. The account registration process requires your valid phone number and the creation of a secure password. kd44 uses this phone number as your primary account identifier for all communications, verification processes, and account recovery.
Clause 2.1
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kd44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is deemed to be your activity, and kd44 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

Suspected Breach of Security
If you believe that your kd44 account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that your password has been compromised, you must contact kd44 support immediately via the email address provided in the footer of this page. kd44 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any such report.
Clause 2.3
KYC Verification
kd44 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal privileges.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
All financial transactions on kd44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kd44 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. kd44 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, however processing times may be subject to payment provider timelines and KYC verification status. kd44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Transaction Errors
If a deposit or withdrawal appears on your account in error, you must notify kd44 support immediately. You must not use funds that have been credited to your account in error. kd44 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous transaction at any time, including after the funds have been used for wagering. Any resulting negative balance will be treated as a debt owed to kd44.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kd44 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and wagering requirements applicable to each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer.
Clause 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money eligible games before a withdrawal request will be accepted.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. kd44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reverse bonus funds, or void wagers where it believes a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play that have not been converted to withdrawable cash within the specified period will be automatically removed from the player's account balance. kd44 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All games and betting products available on kd44 are governed by game-specific rules which are made available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
Clause 5.1
Bet Placement and Finality
All bets placed on kd44 are final once confirmed. kd44 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of bets after they have been accepted by the system. Players are solely responsible for reviewing bet selections before submission. kd44 bears no liability for bets placed incorrectly, including incorrect stake amounts or erroneous market selections.
Clause 5.2
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kd44 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and to return the wagered stake to the player. kd44 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside of its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Game Results and RNG
All casino game outcomes on kd44 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all available games are published within the game information section and are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes. Short-term results will naturally deviate from the published RTP.
6. Prohibited Conduct
kd44 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, with the potential for permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, extract data, or manipulate game or betting outcomes in any way.
Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and must be returned to kd44.
Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposit activity, or use of stolen payment credentials. kd44 will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
Colluding with other players, agents, or kd44 staff members to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
7. Responsible Gaming
kd44 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides registered players with access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities directly from their account settings. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

Voluntary Closure
Players may request the closure of their kd44 account at any time by contacting support via the email address provided in the footer. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures and timelines. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Clause 8.2
Termination by kd44
Where kd44 terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at kd44's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. kd44 will provide written notice of termination where practicable, however emergency suspension may be applied without prior notice where the integrity of the Platform is at risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. kd44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.
kd44 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
kd44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, kd44 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players in advance.
